Ab Attack* - 30 mins. All Abs. Get a core like you’ve never imagined. This class focuses on the varying elements of core strength, stability, and balance using different exercises and training techniques. All exercises can be adapted to suit all levels. Want great abs? This is the class for you.

Barre®* - 60 mins. Barre is an international sensation. The Barre-certified instructor will take you through varying exercises based on classic Ballet, Pilates, dance, and functional conditioning exercises choreographed to music. Work muscles you never knew you had to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch your body.

Cardio-Barre* - 45 mins. A unique, high energy, no impact exercise class that combines Barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso, and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.

CorMax Torpedo®* - 45 mins. A workout like no other! Each participant uses a CorMax Torpedo 2®. Filled with water and air, the CorMax Torpedo 2® provides a challenging workout that forces you to use core stabilizing muscles through all movement patterns. As you shift, so does the water and every muscle in your body will feel it, making this an incredible metabolic and strength workout. This versatile piece of equipment will keep your workout energized, fun, and sweaty.

Fight Fit* - 45 mins. A class on the main gym floor. Each individual works on their own heavy bag. Using boxing and MMA techniques on the bag, and conditioning exercises, this class will get you into fighting shape. A fun and engaging cardio workout while you learn how to lay down combinations and move around the bag like a pro.

F.M.B. – Flexibility Mobility Balance* - 30 mins. A low-medium intensity workout class that focuses on the key fundamentals of functional fitness; flexibility, mobility, and balance. Stretch your muscles and increase your range of movement and stability. A challenging class that will take your overall fitness and health to the next level.

Forever Young - 30 mins. Catered to more seasoned members; Forever Young is a lively and fun class that encompasses the core components of fitness, including balance, coordination, cardiovascular fitness, stretching, joint-stability, and strength training. Two separate classes: Forever Young Level 1 & Forever Young Level 2 allows participants of varying ability levels choose the most appropriate class for them.

Hip-Hop Aerobics* - 45 mins. Hip Hop Aerobics is a fun, high energy cardio workout with the latest hip hop, R&B, Reggaeton, or old school funk music. This full body workout burns calories, builds stamina, and tones your body.

MELT Method®* - 30 mins. MELT Method focuses on Myofascial Release methods using foam rollers and other techniques and equipment. The MELT Method® is a breakthrough self-treatment system that restores the supportiveness of the body's connective tissue to eliminate chronic pain, improve performance, and decrease the accumulated stress caused by repetitive postures and movements of everyday living. MELT creates a strong, flexible body that maintains its upright posture for life. You will see and feel results after just one session.

PBX – Phat Buddha Experience* - 45 mins. Exciting, energetic, and beneficial classes provided by the expert trainers at Phat Buddha. Using a variety of yoga-based techniques and exercises, PBX classes can vary from restorative and immersive experiences to total-body, high-intensity workouts giving you a complete and total workout for the body and mind.

POUND® - 45 mins. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin’ out. The workout is easily modifiable, and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Power Pump* - 45 mins. StuyFitness’s very own cardio barbell group fitness class. Using a barbell and interchangeable weights, participants are taken through a total body workout coordinated to music, targeting the major muscle groups to strengthen, tone, and sculpt your body.

Synergy Circuit* - 45 mins. Using the Synergy360® and other apparatus on the gym floor, you get a total-body workout for an amazing and immersive functional fitness routine. Battle ropes, sleds, slam balls, TRX, kettlebells, plyometric jumps, and dynamic exercises are all thrown in to one ultimate workout you’ll sure love to hate.

Tabata* - 30 mins. Using the training technique originating in Hungary (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off), this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)-based workout has you working twice as hard in half the time. Using body-weight and floor-based exercises, little equipment is needed to give you one of the best workouts of your life.

Zen HIIT* - 45 mins. This is Yoga on high octane. Each down dog participant will do a series of HIIT exercises. Great full body exercises to improve your cardio fitness all mixed in with warrior poses. Ending with pigeon poses for a nice stretch and about 2 minutes of rest. This class is the perfect fusion for the mind, body, and soul.
