Meet the Chef
Chris Meenan is the head chef of the Blue Water Grill. He brings 25 years of experience in the French cooking to the restaurant. Meenan combines his skill in French cooking with his commitment to using locally available ingredients to create the outstanding dishes listed on the Blue Water Grill's menu.
An Extensive Menu
If you visit the Blue Water Grill for brunch, you may opt to share seafood tacos or shakshuka flatbread. Then you may order such dishes as honey glazed doughnut French toast or seafood Cobb salad.
The lunch menu features such entrees as cider poached Faroe Island salmon served with butternut squash, fennel apple slaw and wild rice. Blackened swordfish served with BBQ shrimp, sweet potatoes and braised greens is another item found on the lunch menu.
The Blue Water Grill has an extensive dinner menu. You may begin with crispy cauliflower or mini lobster rolls. Some of the raw selections include day boat shrimp and line-caught tuna. There is a selection of 5 rolls that include oceanic rolls and Union Square rolls. You may then enjoy lobster Milanese, artichoke ravioli or dressed sushi.
The Blue Water Grill has a great dessert menu that includes the banana ice cream tower, New York cheesecake and the gelato trio.

The Blue Water Grill can be the site of your next event. They have the capacity to host small gatherings of 15 people up to large parties of 250 seated guests or 350 standing guests. You may opt to reserve a large table in the main dining room or book the Mezzanine, Bank Vault or the Metropolis Room.
