Sarabeth's Park Avenue South is located near the heart of the Flatiron District in the Kip's Bay neighborhood. This is one of the franchises newest New York locations. Sarabeth serves the business crowd for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Lunch and after work cocktails are also available. Lots of guests frequently come in to try Sarabeth's famous weekend brunch. Sarabeth's stands out for its menu of classic American cooking and fresh sourced ingredients. Sarabeth's Park Avenue South features a full bar, with a number of different wines and beers, and a cocktail list. 

Sarabeth and Bill Levine are the co-founders of Sarabeth's. Sarabeth Levine is a restaurateur, baker, and cookbook author. Sarabeth recently won the James Beard Foundation's Pastry Chef of the Year Award. Sarabeth received an Honorary Doctorate at LIU-Post University. Sarabeth was recently elected to the Specialty Food Association's Hall of Fame. She has written two cookbooks, and has been seen on QVC and in multiple magazines. 

Bill Levine operated his own construction company, which helped build the first Sarabeth's retail store. Currently, Levine is the CEO of SBK Preserves Inc., which helps manufacture Sarabeth's products, and also helps with production, sales, and marketing. Levine also helps with the products in their foreign locations. 

Sarabeth's history dates back to 1981, when Sarabeth and Bill Levine opened a tiny bakery to sell baked goods and preserves. Soon, tables and chairs were added for breakfast and lunch. Thanks to its unique charm and products, the store became popular. Eventually Sarabeth's restaurants started opening all over New York, with a special opening in Key West Florida. Sarabeth's famous Spreadable Fruit is currently sold in department stores, gourmet shops, and other specialty stores throughout the United States, Canada, South Korea, Japan, and the Caribbean. Sarabeth's has developed a reputation for making some of the best fruit spreads and jams in the gourmet industry. 

Sarabeth's Park Avenue South has a main dining area, outside dining area and a bar. There are multiple private dining areas as well. Sarabeth's Park Avenue South has a conference room that is equipped with a large rectangular table and is also compatible for conference calls. It is the perfect place to hold business meetings. The two private dining rooms can combine to seat up to 90 guests. At full capacity, the area can hold over 100 people. 

For breakfast, some of the featured items on the menu include: French toast, pumpkin waffles, and multiple types of pancakes. You can also try a number of different eggs and omelettes as well. For lunch, popular appetizers include the baby gem Caesar salad, along with avocado and burrata toast. Entrees include roasted chicken salad, Maine lobster roll, and grilled fish tacos. You can also try different pizzas. 

Other popular items for lunch include the grilled chicken BLT, skirt steak fries, and chicken pot pie. During dinner time, Sarabeth's offers menu items such as Skuna bay salmon, fennel crusted ahi tuna, diver scallops, grilled duroc pork chops and filet mignon. 

For dessert, you can choose from menu items such as banana splits, ice cream sandwiches, truffle cake, and bread pudding. Try one of the coffee drinks offered, such as adult hot chocolate and spiked chai tea. 

Sarabeth's offers multiple types of wine from throughout Europe, such as Prosecco, Sangerre, Tempranillo Reserva, and Burgundy. Sarabeth's also serves cocktails, beer, champagne, scotch, and cognac.
