Restaurant Spotlight: The Clinton Street Baking Company

The Clinton St. Baking Company and Restaurant was founded by the husband and wife duo of chefs Neil Kleinberg and DeDe Lahman. It is located at 4 Clinton street in the Lower East Side. Kleinberg and Lahman note how starting out they were just a small wholesale baking company with a few loyal customers who enjoyed coffee and muffins every day. Today, they are proud that Clinton St. Baking Company has established a reputation for offering classic American food that is locally sourced and includes only the highest quality ingredients.

Chef Background Information

In addition to co-owning Clinton St. Baking Company, Kleinberg also co-owns Community Food and Juice with his wife DeDe Lahman.
