Training

CLAY also has a complete Pilates studio featuring a selection of specialized Pilates equipment such as towers, chairs, Cadillac, and reformers. All Pilates courses are also taught by certified experts with 350 hours of training and education and classes are available as individual training, duo training, and in a larger group setting.

Classes

At CLAY you have the opportunity to meet your fitness goals in a positive and expertly taught class sessions. These private classes are performed in small groups and taught by experts in health and nutrition. Classes include yoga, Pilates, dance, cardio, and a wide variety of strength training exercises to meet specific goals or get a complete full body workout.
