Orangetheory Fitness makes use of a program they call The Orange 60 Workout. A group fitness workout led by an instructor the Orange 60 Workout is composed of three separate components. These are rowing, treadmill training, and weight training blocks. These three components combine cardio, strength, and resistance training into a complete workout. By keeping your heart rate elevated the Orange 60 Workout increases metabolism which in turn consumers more calories, increases muscle development, and adds to your overall energy levels.

Orangetheory’s facilities are modern, clean, and state of the art fitness clubs. Equipment is well maintained and readily available. Aside from facilities and equipment mood lighting and upbeat music encourages your workouts as does their friendly staff. Locker rooms for men and women are available and are thoroughly cleaned and spacious.  

Classes

  • Friday: 6:15 am, 7:30 am, 9:30 am, 12:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:45 pm

If you are new to Orangetheory Fitness it is advised you arrive at least 30 minutes before your first class.

Hours

The Orangetheory Fitness Chelsea is open seven days a week the hours are as follows. Monday through Thursday 6:00 am to 8:15 pm, Friday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:15 pm, and Sunday from 9:15 am to 1:15 pm.

Memberships

Orangetheory Fitness offers several three different membership options to fit your fitness needs. All three membership levels are month to month meaning you don’t have to sign a long term contract. The Basic Membership includes four sessions per month, the Elite membership includes eight sessions, and Premier has unlimited sessions. Note that with the Basic and Elite memberships extra sessions are available at a discount as needed. Prepaid session packages are another useful option with bundles of 10, 20, and 30 available. Note that the Orangetheory Fitness located on 124 West 23rd St Chelsea is a premium location and is subject to a $20 visitation surcharge per training session.
