If you are currently employed or starting a job with a member company of the Preferred Employers Program, you may be eligible to receive the following perks when signing a new lease at StuyTown: No-fee apartment rental, Waived/Reduced Security Deposit, Waived Application Fee, One-Month free membership to Oval Fitness, Oval Kids by apple seeds, and Oval Package Service, One-Month free furniture rentals in partnership with Cort, and access to a corporate concierge service to facilitate your move.

Deposits may fluctuate based on credit, rental history, income, and/or other qualifying standards. The one-month free membership to amenities is not available for current amenity members. The Cort rental perk is only applicable to furniture leases that are 12 months or greater.
