Every October, Open House New York opens doors, literally, to hundreds of notable sites across the five boroughs for one unforgettable weekend. From architectural landmarks and historic buildings to infrastructure hubs and behind-the-scenes cultural spaces, OHNY offers New Yorkers a rare opportunity to experience the city from a new perspective.  

This year, OHNY Weekend 2026 takes place October 16–18, inviting visitors to explore more than 300 destinations throughout New York City. The annual festival celebrates design, culture, infrastructure, and the people and places that shape the city, offering access to sites that are not typically open to the public.
