French Bakery Bread Story Opens at Stuytown
Yann Ledoux, former head baker of Maison Kayser in New York, has opened his own store in the East Village -- right at StuyTown.
Bread Story, located at 264 1st Avenue, serves freshly baked French bread, croissants and other delights and plans to hold events such as baking classes, degustation and more.
Ledoux has opened over twenty bakeries in his career, but Bread Story is different, as it is going to be his first bakery where he will be able to truly express himself through his craft and under his own name.
