- Where is the River Room?
The River Room is located at 545 East 14th Street. The entrance is right off 14th Street, with an exterior access door, so there is no need to go through the building lobby. - When can I reserve the River Room for an event?
The River Room can be reserved Friday-Sunday from 10am-10pm via the URBN app. The amenity is closed on major holidays. - Is there a time limit on how long I can rent the space for?
There is a two (2) hour minimum and an eight (8) hour maximum time limit. - What type of events can I hold in the River Room?
This is a multi-purpose space that can host a variety of events, including parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, meetings, functions, study groups, presentations, classes, tutoring, and more. - Is alcohol allowed?
No, we do not allow alcohol consumption. - How large is the room?
The River Room is approximately 835+/- square feet and has a maximum capacity of 50 people. - Is there a kitchen in the River Room?
The River Room is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, sink, microwave, and service counter. - Is there furniture in the River Room?
There are 2 tables and 30+/- chairs that can be arranged for your event. - Is there WiFi?
Yes. There is free Wi-Fi. - Is there a TV?
Yes, there is a TV can be connected to your laptop. - What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are fully refundable for cancellations made three (3) days in advance. Refunds will be made in a timely manner.
