KENNY
Kenny has been providing health and fitness instruction for ten years. His methods include cardiovascular fitness, body sculpting, stretching, and weight management, based on each client's needs, expectations, and abilities. He understands how challenging it is to balance a busy schedule, nutrition, and exercise. Whether you want to lose/gain weight, increase strength or muscle, continue post-rehabilitation, or work on nutrition, Kenny will make a plan specifically for you.
LASZLO
Laszlo is a Master Trainer with 20+ years of experience specializing in boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. He has a holistic approach, believing that exercise is more than strength and endurance, it's also about creating awareness of the body and mind. Certifications: AFPA Personal Trainer; AAAI-ISMA; ITTA Aqua-certified; Reebok Stretch Certification; Pilates Level 1; Group Exercise Kwando, Cardio Kickboxing & Capoeira, and PowerFlex.
BRITTANY
Brittany has been helping clients move better, be stronger and live a healthier lifestyle for 5+ years. With a focus on strength training and functional movements, she holds specialty certifications in kettlebells, Pre/Post Natal, nutrition, corrective exercise, and mobility. She loves interacting with clients and helping them build strength that translates into their daily lives. She believes that anyone can build strength and endurance at any age and that fitness should be fun.
JEFFREY
Jeffrey specializes in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, functional movement, and behavior change nutrition. He helps others in a variety of ways like losing weight, regaining the strength to pick up their grandkids, preparing for a vacation or wedding, or something as simple as not losing their breath after going up the stairs. Your goals don't need to be complicated, so neither should your workouts.
RAY
Born and raised in the Bronx, Ray has 8+ years of personal training experience. "Consistency is the key to fitness," he says. Ray has studied Exercise Science and Kinesiology and has specialized certifications in Senior Fitness and Kettle Bell L1. His specialties include strength and conditioning, weight loss, and cardio-strength circuits.
EVE
Eve has been a personal trainer for 3+ years and approaches each client with thorough detail and in a personalized manner. As a weight loss specialist, she has helped many clients reach their body image and weight goals. Eve is not only concerned with what's on the scale, but also with how well muscles are developed and the body fat/muscle ratio for each of her clients long-term. She believes balanced nutrition and diverse daily exercises to be the pillars of good mood and overall happiness.
FRANCIE
Francie has been training for 12+ years. She specializes in senior fitness and high intensity interval training and is currently working toward a certificate in corrective exercise. Her goal as a trainer is to help adults, regardless of age, realize the benefits of flexibility, balance, cardiovascular and resistance training. Francie’s philosophy is to strive for progress, not perfection! Personal fitness is a lifelong pursuit in which it is never too late to begin.
GEORGE
George is an NCSF certified Personal Trainer, a New York City native, and a current resident of StuyTown. George, who has been weightlifting since his teens, is passionate about teaching his clients about the health and mental benefits of strength training and physical fitness. He specializes in weight training, strength and conditioning, fat loss, and cardio boxing.
REIMA
Reima is a Pilates instructor, and lover of movement, specializing in both classical and contemporary techniques. Throughout my practice, Pilates has completely transformed how I view fitness and how my body feels. Becoming certified allowed me to bring everything full circle, and now I have the opportunity to help others experience this same transformation in their own bodies. I specialize in offering personalized instruction, emphasizing safety, proper form, and challenging yourself through progressive movements. I provide modifications for all levels, ensuring that as long as you maintain a strong mind-body connection, you'll reap the benefits of Pilates. My goal is to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
HARRISON
Harrison is a mixed martial artist and self defense coach with over 15 years experience. Having trained students ranging in age from 3 to 85, he is always trying to meet the student where they are and approaching teaching from as many different perspectives as possible. He believes that not only fitness but learning and knowing self defense should be part of everyone’s life. He has trained in a variety of arts and systems including Western, Bare Knuckle and Thai Boxing, Korean Kickboxing, Krav Maga, and Kali-Arnis. He hopes to share his passion for learning with you and to show you something perhaps you were always curious about but never did!
HELOISE
Héloïse is a pilates instructor and professional dancer. Originally from France, she moved to New York in 2020 where she was able to perform with dance companies and get her Pilates certification with Club Pilates. Her love for Pilates has always been present throughout her dance training. Héloïse accumulated a lot of knowledge on body awareness, proper alignment and utilising deep muscles with Ballet and Contemporary techniques. Héloïse aims to make Pilates accessible, provides high quality full body workouts, and creates a supportive environment that empowers you to improve your physical well-being.
ANDREW
With nearly 20 years of experience in the fitness and health industry, Andrew is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as a certified Nutrition Coach. His expertise spans a wide range of client goals, including weight loss, muscle building, strength development, mobility, and functional fitness. By taking a personalized and evidence-based approach, he is committed to helping each individual achieve long-term, sustainable progress.
JESS
Jess is a professional dancer with an extensive background in strength training, movement, and performance. She is a skilled fitness trainer specializing in strength development, functional training, HIIT, TRX, and Mat Pilates. Over the past 8 years in her own cross-training, she has developed extensive knowledge in strength training and now focuses on building and refining technique and a strong mind-body connection with her clients. Jess is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others unlock their full potential through movement.
