Yes. Applicants must have an annual income equal to 36 times the monthly rent. For example, a $3,000 apartment requires $108,000 in annual income. Applicants who don’t qualify individually can use a personal guarantor or guarantor services such as TheGuarantors or Insurent. - What do I need to apply?
