Oval Kids is a premier indoor play area that offers classes, open play, and options for private event and birthday party rental, located right in our community.

 

What size apartments do you offer?

We offer a variety of options, from studios to 5 bedrooms, as well as junior options for those looking to share with roommates or needing a separate office space to work from home.

 

What kind of events are hosted on property for residents?

From concerts and movies on The Oval and free fitness classes to our annual tree lighting and endless Community Center events, StuyTown has events for the whole family.

 

Do you provide roommate matching services?

At StuyTown, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents. Within our Public Safety team, Patrols, fixed posts, and a high-tech hub command center located on the Oval are in operation 24/7.

 

Do you have study/work spaces on property?

Yes, our community offers Oval Study, a quiet work/study space for residents, equipped with wifi and views of our beautiful park.

 

Do you have an ice rink on site?

Yes, in the winter, residents have access to the StuyTown Ice Rink on property.

 

What is the StuyTown Greenmarket?

The StuyTown Greenmarket brings the freshest local produce, baked goods, flowers, meats, fish, and more, right to your backyard in the East Village. The market sets up shop right inside StuyTown near the South Side of the Oval every Sunday from May through December from 9:30am-4pm.

 

Is there laundry in the buildings at StuyTown?

Yes, each building has a laundry room for residents.

 

Is StuyTown a pet-friendly community?

Yes, we welcome pets into our community. We also have dog runs and dog relief areas on site, and host dog events throughout the year.

 

What transit options are close by?

Our community is conveniently situated to multiple transit options, from the 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, W trains to the M14, M23, M9, M15 buses and several citi bike stations, including one for residents only.

 

What amenities do you offer?

Our community has 15 playgrounds/athletic courts, on-site parking, several fitness centers, storage facilities, a study/work space, a kids space, and much more.

 

Do you have a gym on the property?

Yes, we have a fully equipped gym on 14th St and on 20th St. We also offer an outdoor fitness playground.

 

What grocery stores are nearby?

StuyTown residents have access to a variety of grocery stores nearby. Within walking distance are Target and Trader Joes. On property, we have Whole Foods, Walgreens, Gracefully, and more!
