- - Receive 1 year of free wifi on select apartments at StuyTown and Peter Cooper Village.
  - Additional services are available at resident’s expense. Free services available for 1 year from lease start date only.
  - On select apartments.

- - To qualify for these promotions, (1) a new lease for the apartment must be signed and (2) first month’s rent must be paid for the apartment.
  - Offers only valid for new residents and do not apply if any current resident resides in the new apartment, for as-is leases, or apartments that rent through the affordable housing program.
  - These are limited time promotions. Management reserves the right to discontinue or modify the promotions at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
