- - For new residents on select units only; property transfers and broker sourced deals are not eligible for this incentive.
  - Lease must be signed by June 30, 2026.
  - The e-gift card must be redeemed by the recipient within 90 days of receiving the card or the reward code will expire. Once activated, the pre-paid reward will expire after 6 months; this must be used within 6 months. Unredeemed or unused amounts will be forfeited if not actioned within these time frames.

- - Receive 3 months of free Wi-Fi on all apartments at StuyTown and Peter Cooper Village.
  - Additional services are available at resident’s expense. Free services available for 3 months from enrollment date only.

- - To qualify for these promotions, (1) a new lease for the apartment must be signed and (2) first month’s rent must be paid for the apartment.
  - Offers only valid for new residents and do not apply if any current resident resides in the new apartment, for as-is leases, or apartments that rent through the affordable housing program.
  - These are limited time promotions. Management reserves the right to discontinue or modify the promotions at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

- - Electric, gas, water, and heat are all covered in your rent for StuyTown and Peter Cooper Village residents.
  - Residents pay a $36.12 monthly fee per A/C unit ; subject to annual adjustments determined by the Division of Housing & Community Renewal.
